West Coast Chef School is a small intimate culinary school that is an Internationally approved and accredited centre.
Based on Club Mykonos Resort in Langebaan, West Coast chef school is run by Husband and wife, Heinrich and Fransa Mouton. They strive to train chefs to the highest standard and encourage them to be passionate about the industry and to never stop creating.

I am now busy completing my Highfield Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality Supervision (RQF) - Food & Beverage - 3rd year at West Coast Chef School. It has been one amazing journey thus far with an array of industry experiences and a lot of personal attention from my tutors.
I recently did two courses at WCCS. Our Tutor conducted the classes with great passion and I learned alot of new techniques. The environment is friendly and it is great fun to do these courses.
